Yes. Depending on your selection, balloons can either be installed on-site or prepared for pickup, making it easy to choose what works best for your event.
Thee Balloon Mom proudly serves Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and surrounding areas. Travel outside these locations may be available upon request.
Balloon longevity depends on placement and environmental conditions. Indoor balloon installations can last several days to weeks when kept away from heat and direct sunlight. Outdoor setups are more affected by weather and cannot be guaranteed.
Installation time varies based on the size and design of the setup. Most installations are completed efficiently so your event stays on schedule.
Whenever possible, existing structures are used. If needed, removable solutions or free-standing options are available to avoid damage to walls or venues.
For custom installations, rescheduling requests must be made in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable depending on notice and availability. Full details are provided at booking.
